What is Zumba?

ZUMBA is a dance fitness class with a fusion of Latin and International music – dance themes creating a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! Anyone can do Zumba!

The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training and a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Zumba utilizes the principals of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy-to-follow dance steps.

In Zumba Toning, students use lightweight maraca-like toning sticks to enhance all their target zones to sculpt their bodies, while having a total blast. Click here to learn more about Zumba Toning.

Zumba Sentao™ is a great all over body toning workout using a chair and Zumba® moves. Zumba Sentao™ combines strength and resistance exercises with cool dance moves on and around a chair.
